March 10-16 – Musica del Mar (Music of the Sea) – Is celebrated in the Bays of Huatulco and feaures classical music and jazz. Enjoy music in its highest artistic form, performed by well-known international artists.

May 3 - a feast is held in honour of the Santa Cruz, a wooden cross that, legend has it, was driven into the beach before the conquest.

This International Music Festival is celebrated in the Bays of Huatulco and we invite all lovers of classical music and jazz. Enjoy music in its highest artistic form, performed by well-known international artists. Concerts and performances in public parks, the open air theatre Teatro del Mar, on a catamaran at sea or in the chapel of a remote 18th century coffee plantation and complemented by presentations of folklore music and an arts exposition.
